Rochester Pride’s annual festival would not be possible without the hard work and input from our community members! Planning for Rochester Pride 2026 is starting and we would love to have you join a committee.
Our current committees are:
Fundraising: Secures the financial resources needed to support Pride and related organizational activities.
Logistics: Manages all operational and logistical details for our annual Pride festival, including venues, permits, and entertainment coordination.
Volunteer: Recruits, organizes, and supports volunteers to ensure a successful and inclusive event experience.
Promotions: Oversees marketing, communications, and public relations to promote Pride and the organization year-round.
Vendor: Coordinates vendor recruitment, registration, and communication to create a vibrant and diverse event marketplace.
Community Outreach and Education: coordinates external events, community engagement, and educational initiatives to promote awareness, connection, and learning.

I moved to Rochester a little over a year ago. I wanted to immerse myself in my new home with all things LGBTQ+ and I’m super excited to volunteer at Rochester Pride this year!

Celebrating queer joy is more important now more than ever. Rochester PRIDE is a beautiful event filled with people who are a testament that love is love and love is more powerful than hate.
